Hire Terms and Conditions

General conditions for the hire and use of equipment rented from NT Entertainment Solutions (TIS Music and Events) for private parties and small hires.

The equipment will be delivered to and collected from the delivery address as listed on your booking agreement.

If setup is included the system will be set up and a responsible person will be shown how to operate.

The equipment must remain in place for the duration of the hire unless by previous arrangement.

If anything is in danger of being damaged or stolen it is permissable to relocate the equipment to the nearest secure location. Please be careful with connections and cables as these are easily damaged and repairs will be payable by the hirer.

The hirer/client is responsible for all equipment delivered and in their possession. If any parts are stolen, broken due to malicious damage or operated outside of specification the hirer/client will be responsible for any and all costs incurred to repair or replace the goods including extra hire days if necessary.

The hirer/client may be charged extra fees if the goods cannot be delivered or collected at the pre-arranged times as described in this booking.

After hours collections are available with a $75.00 service fee if the location for your event is not locked overnight or if there is an urgent bump out for an event the following day within normal delivery hours (10am to 4pm 7 days excluding public holidays) cannot be arranged.​

We are very flexible, please make alternative arrangements as early as possible.

NT Entertainment Solutions Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to equipment malfunction or breakdown during your hire period. If any equipment develops a fault please call 0428 243 273 for further assistance. We want your function to run smoothly and will provide any assistance we can.
